The Mighty Fall
Not everyone lives mightily
Not everyone dares to be bold
But there was one who lived more than many
And this is a warrior's story spoken

Born to fight he was
And fought strong he did
His strength was the envy of every man
And his armor was the strongest of all types of pride
His swing had all hate behind it
And his blow took the lives of many
His mouth would curse the kindest of hearts
And all who stood between him and his desire would scatter
The warrior was swollen with all his glory
And longed for a true challenge
There were rumors of a distant Kingdom coming
And he was ready for the fight
But in a moment's time the Kingdom was already at hand
And its King had terms for surrender
The warrior smiled a grin of high foolishness and they began to fight
The warrior against an entire Kingdom
Because that is the way of a selfish heart
Blow after blow compounded upon him
And he would get up swinging
The battle had all watching
But only the warrior did not know the end
And the King said "will you surrender?"
The warrior said "if I do I will have to give up everything that I am!"
And the King said " I know, will you surrender?"
And he would get up swinging
The King's blows were like an eternity of pain
And the angels could do nothing but cry
And The King continually said "will you surrender, will you surrender, will you surrender....?"
But the warrior kept fighting
This is called The Mighty Fall
